Hangover Vitamins: DIY
I'm immensely pleased people are thinking about joining the cause. It shocks me that so many alcohol users continue to think that hangovers and brain damage are a necessary price to pay. (speaking of price, the packets cost me about 30 cents apiece).

Here's what you'll need to create your own vitamin packets:

1) tiny little plastic bags: The best place to get these is, regrettably, a head shop. Pay cash.

2) the vitamins: Vitamin C, Vitamin B-1, and L-cysteine or NAC (N-acetyl-cysteine). Around 500mg of each. There are lots of potential suppliers. drugstore.com is okay, or just search froogle. Most GNC stores have them, as does Central Market (for the Austinites).

3) explanatory cards: You can print copies of mine here, and fold them up so they look like business cards. You don't really need these, but it saves a lot of explaining.
